Chia seeds go great in fruit smoothies, juices, salads, puddings, yogurts, soups, bread, sweet baked goods and other dishes. Chia seeds soaked in water, juice or yogurt obtain jelly like consistency. Chia seeds are used to enrich nutrition. It is recommended not to consume more than 15 g per day.
